In November 2010, our baby was born. It’s safe to say neither Dave nor I had even the foggiest idea of the 6lb 10oz freight train that was about to hit us, but we both fell head over heels over head again. We love this baby as much as any parents ever have or ever will, and we tell her every day.
Baby enjoys eating, banging things on the floor, watching hockey, patting the dogs, laughing, singing and strumming dad’s guitar. She likes wearing socks even when her pants are off and insists on holding her own spoon, she’s a baby not a barbarian.
In the future, the baby hopes to speak a full sentence and wear a ponytail. Until then we’ll be deciphering baby language and brushing her little mullett.
